Never been able to run and now runs 5 times a week at abbey park and can perform sprints on the treadmill at speeds up to 16mph.
NEELAM'S STORY– Neelam is one of our fittest clients with now a resting heart rate of 56bpm which use to be 80bpm when she first started X – Train. She trains like there is no tomorrow performing her workouts in record times. She has become addicted to X – Train (in a positive way) and she says she will never ever go back to training for as long as an hour ever again. Neelam has been named an ambassador of X – Train.

PARESH'S STORY– Paresh X-Trains twice a week. He says he fears training before every X – Train session which makes him more determined to do well. Paresh always performs well and always produces maximum results. He can’t get enough of X-Train as it has now become an important part of is life.
PARESH SAYS - X-Train for me has been fantastic. It is very challenging and it is not for the faint hearted. Before I started on the X-Train programme I really hated lifting weights and found it very boring and I found myself only doing cardio workouts. But the way Jay trains you, it is fun because you lift weights and also do a cardio workout at the same time by having no rest in between sets. Since I have been doing X-Train my fitness & strength has improved dramatically and I have really surprised myself as to what I can actually do. X-Train has benefited me overall I have noticed the difference when participating in sports where I am much stronger, quicker and flexible thanks to the X-Train programme. REKHA'S STORY - Rekha has been a part of X – Train for a total of 3 months now. She has developed a love for weight training which was something she had always found boring. PARDEEP'S STORY - Pardeep X- Trains 3 times a week. He says he has always been a skinny build who is quite shy with low self esteem. With the help of X – Train he is has managed to overcome his fear of training and is now lifting heavy weights and doing all sorts of power explosive training with weights and with his own body weight. His strength and fitness has increased rapidly and his body shape is constantly changing. Always striving to be the best and always performs at the highest standards of X – Train.

MANESH'S STORY– Manesh is not just one of our favourite clients but he is also one of our most successful clients achieving the highest results. Manesh struggled to run since he was at school and tells us how he was always last to be chosen for team sports. He now runs 3 times a week out in the outdoors and can run on the treadmill for a total of 30 minutes at speed 12mph. He has practically become a celebrity of greens health and fitness as everyone just keeps approaching him congratulating him on how well he has done and asking him his secret of his great success. I promised Manesh I will get him in to a vest by this summer ‘2009’ and I will be the very person to buy it.
MANESH SAYS "Since starting with Jay in November 2008 till now, with 4 sessions a week, I have lost a total 20cm off my waist. There’s no way I could have lost that amount on my own in such a short period.
The best thing about xtrain is that each session is different so you don’t get bored. The variety ranges from CV, weight training, ab work and boxing. Jay’s main emphasis is on technique which once you’ve got he increases the intensity and speed.
Jay is extremely professional and passionate about his work, and always has time to answer any questions or concerns you have.
I love the fact that he really pushes you, there’s no time to rest, an amazing work out in under 30 mins!!! Short time space, but high intensity. Just when you think your totally drained he brings out this extraordinary energy from you to finish the session.

MADULLA SAYS - I have been training with Jay for about two and a half months and already, I can see and more importantly feel the difference - both physically and mentally.
I wanted to get fit and look the best for my 50th Birthday for Jan 09, with Jays’ help I can see that I am going to look the best I have ever done. SHAM'S STORY – Sham joined up with his partner who he is getting married to next year in 2010. His goal was to look amazing in his Hugo Boss suite at his wedding and to maintain a good healthy lifestyle. Sham had very little knowledge of training when he first started X-Train and his fitness and strength was very low. He has now doubled his weights from when he first started and is performing sprints and bodyweight workouts in record times. His attitude towards training has greatly improved and with his determination and will power he has now quit smoking. Both Sham and his fiancée are both X-Training 4 times a week and the way they are going, they are on the road to looking beautiful on their wedding day.
