We at X-Train aim to provide the highest quality of personal fitness training that there is on offer in Leicestershire. We pride ourselves in being amongst the highest qualified and experienced personal trainers in the business and we continually strive to keep our scientific and practical knowledge up to date.

We realise that life today is very busy. Therefore, we aim to take the stress out of exercise by making our sessions short but effective saving you more time.

We provide you a professional service, to train you to believe that all your goals and aspirations can be met through this unique form of training. It will certainly break down your barriers to prevent the frustrations of “finding time to train” and to achieve faster, and effective results, without the dilemma of having to pay out huge amounts of money. I can confidently tell you, your barriers are:

  • 1. TIME
  • 2. MONEY
  • 3. NOT KNOWING HOW TO ACHIEVE RAPID & EFFECTIVE RESULTS
  • 4. NO IDEA OF WHAT TO EAT
  • 5. FEAR OF TRAINING & THE UNKNOWN

We are not here to waste our time, to waste yours! We do not believe in training you for an hour-that is not the way to achieve what you really want…

A client must see a trainer at least three times a week, to feel and see your body evolve before your eyes. Money is not an issue, as we have definitely set the right price, so that you are able to be a part of X – Train at a minimum of three times a week.

We don’t believe in sticking you on a machine, as we all know the machine does most of the work for you! You yourself are a complete and able mechanism, to achieve your desired goals and dreams. We will travel with you on your journey and I guarantee you, you will never look or turn back…so feel privileged and be open to being part of the X – Train experience.

1:1 PERSONAL X-TRAIN/BOX-TRAIN SESSION
If you are looking to take your fitness training to the next level with some dedicated, personal attention, then personal X – Train/Box - Train sessions are for you. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs. We focus on the correct execution of biomechanical movements and techniques, the development of various skills and promote an ongoing healthier and fitter lifestyle.

Personal training sessions work because they are tailored to the individual and include:

  • in-depth technique coaching
  • biomechanical, postural, health and fitness assessments
  • a clear plan on how to achieve your goals
  • workout tailored specifically to meet the individuals goals and dreams
  • ongoing motivation and support
  • A fantastic workout!

Sessions are generally 30 minutes in length.

BOX – TRAIN WEIGHT LOSS CAMP
These weight loss camps are nothing like the standard aerobics/circuits or body combat classes you may be familiar with.
Box – Train weight loss camps offer a challenging workout in a group environment. Training with a group provides the benefit of competition and encouragement. It doesn't matter what your current level of fitness is, you will learn to test your limits under supervision and with the support of your training partners. They are a great supplement to personal training sessions. Our weight loss camps are approximately 45 minutes in length. They are suitable for all regardless of current fitness levels. All exercises can be scaled to suit your capabilities. You will steadily improve as you attend more camps.

CORPORATE HEALTH & FITNESS TRAINING
Whether your organisation is office-based or field-based we can deliver services that attend to the needs of your personnel and your organisation. Here are some of our service options:

  • Health & fitness consulting and seminars - some options include nutritional coaching, health & fitness assessments and education, postural assessment sessions, health awareness in the workplace seminars.
  • Emergency services training - group training sessions tailored to the meet the requirements of police, fire rescue and ambulance personnel. These sessions will take the fitness of your team to new levels.
  • Armed services training – The method of X - Train training best suits the demands placed on the soldier during battle & in the field of combat. We can help you be in the shape that might save your life. We can also prepare you for selection.
 
jay's story...

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to stop to read what we are all about. My name is Jay Patel and I would like to introduce myself as your new X-Train coach.

I am born and bred in Leicester but have just spent the past few years travelling the world, expanding my knowledge and passing on my experience to others around the globe. Now that I am back I would like to focus on my local community. Leicester will be the first city to be hit by X-Train.

I am a professional personal trainer with over 7 years experience in the industry. I started off my career working in various cities throughout the U.K and ending up travelling across the globe training the novice and elite in the United States and Australia.

While in Australia I was the lead Trainer at the Ian Thorpe Health Club in Sydney. I have worked as a Master Trainer, and have passed on my growing knowledge and experience to many personal trainers from all over the World. My aim is for them to be the very best, so that you can live a fulfilling and a healthier lifestyle.

I trained in the United States, Asia and Australia, and I can tell you that X – Train is the most effective form of training today. You will experience nothing like it.
